In Astrology the fourth house signifies breast. In the natural zodiac, fourth house is cancer. Cancer is ruled by Moon, Jupiter is exalted and Mars is debilitated in cancer. Jupiter signifies fat, and mars signify teeth. Moon signifies breast and Milk. Jupiter is the largest planet, Mars is the hardest planet. Since Jupiter is exalted in fourth house of natural zodiac, the female breast is fatter than any other part of the body. When mother feeds the child, the suckling child does not have teeth (Mars debilitated). Moon has waxing and waning phases, in the same way the female breast grows when it is filled with milk and shrinks when the child is fed with milk.
