Complementary House


If we look at the house arrangements in the zodiac, we can notice that each house will be complemented by its opposite house. I.e . Seventh house. Let us analyse how it is so?.
We can classify the house lords in to two categories .
Inner planets and Outer planets
Fast moving planets and Slow moving planets.
For example if we take Sagittarius, it is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter is an outer planet as well as Slow moving planet. The opposite house to Sagittarius is Gemini which is ruled by Mercury. Mercury is an inner planet as well as fast moving planet. This arrangement applies to all houses. Therefore the seventh house is called complementary house.
