graphology - Embellishments

Embellishments or ornamentation are most often located at the beginning of a letter, but may be seen throughout the written material.  They usually take the form of an added movement that decorates the writing, such as swirls, added loops, concentric circles, flourishes, etc.
An ornated capital "A" signifies a colorful personality - someone who wants to make a good impression either by his dressing or physical presence.
