THE SECRET OF BREATH


The measure of zodiac is 360 degrees. If we convert 360 degrees in to minutes, we get 21600(360*60=21600). Human beings breaths 21600 times a day. This breath count is exactly matching the measure of zodiac. Therefore if we keep watching our breath, we can easily grasp what is going on around us.
