IMPRISONMENT &  TYPES  OF IMPRISONMENT

The  native is convicted by the court for imprisonment when the combination of houses 2 3 8 12 is repeated in the Mahadasha - Antardasha - PratiAntardasha of natural malefics like Rahu or Ketu.
The period of conviction is known by the continuity of the above combination in the subsequent Mahadasha - Antardasha -PratiAntardasha.
Similar combination stands valid for the arrest of the native by cops for any case registered against the native.

There are various provisions in law under which the court sentences a person for imprisonment for different duration of time depending on the nature of offence / crime committed.

Imprisonment on account of Embezzlement :
Maximum planets signifying houses 3 6 8 and Mercury signifying houses 3 6 8 in Mahadasha - Antardasha - PratiAntardasha.

Imprisonment on account of Theft:
Involvement of the 8th lord signifying houses 7 8 12 in Mahadasha - Antardasha - PratiAntardasha.

Imprisonment on account of Forgery:
Maximum planets signifying houses 3 6 8 +Mercury , Neptune & Jupiter signifying houses 3 6 8 in Mahadasha - Antardasha - PratiAntardasha.

The condition the native imprisoned is indicated by the natural significance of the Mahadasha - Antardasha - PratiAntardasha planets. If the planets are natural malefics then the native imprisoned is in pathetic shape whereas if the planets in the Mahadasha - Antardasha - PratiAntardasha are natural benefic then the native imprisoned is in good shape.
